1193 is a line in which a human wild TTR cDNA is inserted into the mouse Ttr locus. All embryos were collected by mating between male heterozygous mice and wild type female mice. Thus, genotypes of these embryos are either heterozygous or wild type. Please see the manuscript by Zhao et al. 2008 and hTTR KI genotyping.
